<p><strong>Shipping, handling and return policies ...</strong></p> <p>Shipping methods are at the sole discretion of US BBQ Supply unless otherwise specified by the customer. All costs incurred, whether shipping, handling or packing shall be the responsibility of the customer. We do not have a &quot;buy-and-try&quot; allowance policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine suitability of a product prior to placing the unit in service. Items missing or damaged in shipment must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. Custom or special order products are not returnable. Custom ordered smokers and grills are subject to a 50% deposit which is not refundable under any circumstances. All warranty issues shall remain between the manufacturer and the customer. US BBQ shall have no warranty liability for any reason in regard to any product sold herein.</p> <p>No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization is given by US BBQ Supply either in writing, or by email. All items returned shall be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, and will only be accepted for return if they are in marketable condition. Orders canceled after they have been shipped will be subject to standard return policy.</p>
